Q: Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
A: At this time you do not have to participate in the section 8 program.

A: We are actively licensed with the Arizona Department of Real Estate and in good standing.

Q: Can I reach you after hours?
A: We have an emergency after hours line available.

Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?
A: Yes, we provide direct deposit of your owner disbursements.

Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A: You are not required to sign a lease, we handle all that for you!

Q: Do you sell real estate too?
A: We do have a dedicated sales department so we are happy to help you add to your portfolio
or if the time has come we can help you sell as well.

Q: How and when do I get my checks?
A: We will do a direct deposit into your bank account between the 10th and the 12th of each month.

Q: How is rent collection handled?
A: Rent is due on the 1st and late on the 2nd. Tenants are able to pay online
through their portal to make that easier!

Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: We typically sign a lease for 12 months at a time.

Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A: Security Deposits are equal to one month’s rent.

Q: How soon can you start managing my property?
A: We can be ready to start immediately upon execution of a management agreement.

Q: What type of properties do you manage?
A: We manage Single Family Homes, Condo’s and Townhomes, multifamily and commercial property.

Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?
A: We will post an owner statement on the last day of each month to your portal. With
the portal you will have access to a variety of reports that you can obtain anytime you wish.

Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?
A: When a tenant pays a security deposit at move in, we will hold that in a
separate bank account until the tenant vacates.
