Full Service Management

When you are ready to be hands off from the day to day operations of managing your property.

• Management fee $89.00 per month.
• Leasing Fee is ½ of first months rent.
• Lease renewal fee $145.00
• Annual sales tax prep fee $60.00
• Monthly bank/mail & technology fee $17.89 per month
• Home warranty coordination fee $35.00 per occurrence.

Multi Family Management

For Properties that are 5 units or more

• Management Fees of 4% to 6% per month of rent collections depending on the size of the property and staffing requirements. These types of properties require an evaluation a proposal and quote.
